The DUOFIT BALANCE set may be a continuation of DUOFIT 10. It is recommended to use it twice a year.

The sets come with access to a dedicated platform featuring resources on the body transformation process. Using them, you’ll learn how to create a nutrition supplementation plan and physical activity plan.
