Before the program, his life revolved around constant attempts to lose weight, which ended in the yo-yo effect. He started the diet in the morning and ended the day in the evening in front of the TV, eating crisps and drinking beer – this is how he gained weight to 144 kg.

His strength and endurance have improved significantly – at first he struggled to walk 6,000 steps a day, but now he can easily walk 12-15 thousand without getting tired. He also noted significant gains in muscle mass.
